Scarlett De Bease, president and founder of Scarlett New York, is a member of the New York Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International, a worldwide, non-profit professional association of men and women specializing in visual appearance, verbal and non-verbal communication. Scarlett is known as the Wizard Stylist by her clients.

With an extensive twenty-year background in the fashion and cosmetic industries, Scarlett has worked as a professional make up artist for Halston and Diane von Furstenberg, as well as for the Clarins, Revlon and Charles of the Ritz cosmetic lines. Scarlett has trained with top leaders in the image consulting industry, including Lynne Marks of the London Image Institute, and Dominique Isbecque of The Image Resource Center in New York City.

In addition to working with her private clients, Scarlett is now a contributor to www.career-intelligence.com, and offers her services to many charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society.
